Job Purpose
At New Holland Agriculture, the Company Inventory Analyst will be responsible for the management of New Holland company-owned inventory from order entry through final invoicing. The primary focus of this role will be the management of company inventory levels in marketing and region accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control company inventory accounts which use company owned inventory for demonstration, engineering, marketing, and service training.
- Assist in the oversight of commercial owned depot inventory and help define controls to prevent excess inventory, aging inventory, and loss of inventory.
- Locate existing machines that are on-ground or on-order that could be used in lieu of creating new inventory. Where necessary, contacting plant, logistics, dealer, or field staff to acquire use and movement of machinery.
- Oversee successful completion of the annual company physical inventory audit.
- Ensure publication and availability of company inventory stock/pricing.
- Define and control process for repurchase of dealer inventory into company inventory due to dealer terminations and ensure timely redistribution.
- Key activities will include:
- placing production orders for company accounts
- calculating pricing and discounts invoicing units to dealers when sold
- performing special moves requests

Experience Required
- Bachelor’s in supply chain, Information Systems, Finance, or similar.
- Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office suite.

- Customer service driven, both internal and external.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $63,000.00 – $92,400.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
