Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Commercial Marketing Director to lead our commercial marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming our digital marketing efforts, building long-term brand health, and positioning New Holland as the leading digital player in the agriculture and rural lifestyle space. This role will drive purchasing behaviors and guide customers to our dealer network by defining how our products look, feel, and are talked about in the marketplace.

You will also support New Holland’s brand positioning and regional growth plans through sales programs, lead-driven marketing campaigns, sales support materials, events and other marketing and communications plans/tactics. You will support the development of a robust earned media strategy and Public Relations practice that will ensure that New Holland’s products in North America get positive coverage that builds the strength of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive marketing process that integrates Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Segment Marketing to drive lead generation and build brand reputation.
• Develop and execute data-driven quarterly campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives, creative campaigns, and customer touchpoints through events and merchandise.
• Act as the «voice of the products» by leading the team developing all collateral and messaging that communicates our product value proposition.
• Serve as the primary driver of communication with customers and provide robust marketing support for our dealer network.
• Champion the transformation of our sales process through a complete rethinking of how we leverage digital marketing.
• Ensure regular and timely release of dealer communications and dealer marketing tools and support.
• Support digital brand activities across websites, owner portals, social media, and beyond.
• Lead teams supporting internal, dealer and customer events including but not limited to trade shows dealer meetings, incentive trips and other customer experiences. Build event strategies to maximize brand image and product exposure, creating customer affinity for New Holland.

Experience Required

• Bachelor(s) degree in related field (preferred Business/Marketing/Communications or Agriculture)
• 10+ years of experience in a variety of marketing, product management, communications, or sales positions
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading team members in marketing, product management, communications, or events management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Managerial or leadership experience in a Commercial organization
• Strong familiarity with dealer management and dealer networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic aptitude
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to travel domestic and international as needed
