Role & Responsibilities:
In support of CNH Region, goals and objectives
· Reporting to the Regional CBS leader, he/she Influences, coaches and supports the assigned department – function.
· Support the regional CBS leader of the assigned region in identifying and setting aggressive targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align to the CNH Focus 5 goals and to the core support processes of the assigned department – function.
· Assess and build effective culture development plans for the assigned department – function around the CNH Cultural Beliefs…

o Major Projects (medium/long term projects with formal execution/results tracking)
o Kaizen Workshops (1 week high impact improvement workshops where improvements are implemented during the workshop)
o Tactical “Just Do It” Tasks
· Lead the development and implementation of an effective Daily Management System for all functions within the assigned department – function, within the CNH Business System including…
o Point of Impact Daily Management (KPIs, daily review and cadence of root cause problem solving) between front line leaders and support teams
o Funtional “Compass Room” where we drive a cadence weekly systemic improvement by…
§ Monitoring critical functional KPIs and initiating Root Cause Problem Solving when targets are not being met
§ Identify 2-3 Breakthrough KPIs where we drive focused systematic improvement via Breakthrough Labs
§ Utilize Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Problem Solving to identify Projects, Kaizens (high impact 1 week improvement workshops), and “Just Do It” tasks that will impact these KPIs and achieve targets
§ Monitor Projects, Kaizens and Tasks to ensure timely execution and effectiveness (KPI Results)
o Drive an effective Monthly Operating Review to monitor performance of functional KPIs against targets and drive effective Root Cause Problem Solving when targets are not met
· Build and develop the core CBS technical skills within the function including…
