Job Purpose
CNH Industrial in Goodfield, IL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead and develop the teams responsible for cycle counting, material planning, production scheduling, and material handling. This role is critical to ensuring seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams in cycle count, material planning, scheduling, and material handling.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Inventory & Cycle Count Management
- Oversee daily, weekly, and annual cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions to reduce variances.
Material Planning & Scheduling
- Ensure timely and accurate material planning to support production schedules and customer demand.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering to align material availability with production needs.
Material Handling & Logistics
- Optimize internal logistics and material flow to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure safe and effective handling, storage, and movement of materials throughout the plant.
Process Improvement & KPI Management
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, schedule adherence, and material availability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or plant operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory control practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is $105,750 – 176,250 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
