Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Turin. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in various HR activities within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, training, internal communication)
- Support internal events and training programs
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and operations
- Help organize onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Experience Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or Master in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Italian
Preferred Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data with the proper accuracy
- Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues and propose practical solutions
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with HRIS systems or willingness to learn (e.g. SAP Success Factors)
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and Integrity: High level of confidentiality and ethical behavior
