Job Purpose
Seeking a technical professional with Precision Components background to lead to influence others at all levels within the organization to drive projects. The individual is responsible to plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- May contact the project sponsor-client at a tactical level.
- May manage relationships with external suppliers at a tactical level.
- Meets project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks.
- Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
- Provides the interface and maintains a confident relationship with other contributors to the project.
- Regularly reports project progress to senior management and-or the sponsor-client.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain and precision electronics.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $85,000 – $130,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
