Job purpose & Key Responsibilities

• Leading the Parts & Service SLED (Service Life End Date) Board – planning, coordinating & leading monthly meeting comprised of +/-  10 SLED members (buyers, marketing,…)
• Manage & coordinate outcomes from weekly SLED meetings, ensuring proper actions in timely & efficient manner
• Manage and coordinate PT6 Sweep and slow mover clean up initiatives
• Manage and coordinate plant parts outsource initiatives
• Oversee final decisions & actions related to phase-out of over 10k parts yearly
• Coordinate requests from other business regions related to phase-out or all-time buy of non-region-specific parts
• Review End of Life parts lists submitted by Purchasing to determine outcomes & lead meetings with other involved parties to ensure proper actions taken
• Provide monthly reporting to leaders of key deliverables for prior month within five business days of each new month
• Coordination of phase-out solutions, finding the final solution that best balances customer wants/needs while also tactfully supporting best business practices

Experience Required

• Bachelor of Science/Applied Science in, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Agricultural Engineering, AG systems Management
• 2+ years’ experience / working knowledge of product function and design.
• 2+ years’ working experience with a Global, cross-functional team of Engineers, business groups and suppliers, preferably in the Agricultural, Construction wholegoods industry.   

Preferred Qualifications

• Creativity and a drive to identify solution paths in a timely manner.
• Commercial approach and customer centricity: Leading projects with a focus on customers being the center of our decisions
• Experience working with Agriculture & Construction equipment.
