Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving commercial excellence within the Go To Market (GTM) function for Case IH and New Holland across the global Agriculture segment, aligning with regional market dynamics. The Commercial Excellence Lead will define a blueprint for commercial professionalization and growth, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer and dealer engagement, optimize omnichannel experiences, and drive sustainable growth. This role reports to the AG Global GTM while working closely with other members of the global team and regional Commercial and Network Development heads.

This role involves coordinating people and activities across various areas: Financial Services, Aftermarket Solutions, Customer Service & Digital, Commercial, Legal, and Brand Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•    Developing a commercial excellence strategy in alignment with regional leadership and the Segment Strategic Business Plan (SBP). 
•    Design blueprint for the management of CNH dealers managing the full CNH portfolio, ensuring brand alignment and optimizing performance across
•    Defining and implementing omnichannel experiences to deliver seamless customer and dealer interactions across physical and digital touchpoints. 
•    Leverage analysis of the financial health and profitability of the dealer network to drive to improve commercial performance. 
•    Defining the ideal commercial model for Dealers/Importers, including competencies, revenue streams, and digital integration by region. 
•    Leading multi-regional tailored projects to enhance commercial capabilities in collaboration with regional Commercial and Network Development teams.
•    Craft innovation in Commercial Models: Explore and implement new go-to-market approaches, pricing strategies, or technology solutions to stay competitive in evolving markets.

Experience Required

This role requires strategic vision, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, financial acumen and a focus on both short- and long-term network development goals. This role can interact with the leadership team of the AG Segment and senior representatives of investors, owners or dealer management.

Main requirements: 
•    5+ years of B2B, Industrial goods distribution, experience directly engaged in the development, management and support of independent dealers, distributors and/or franchise networks
•    5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Development roles.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills, high degree of expertise in developing presentations and in persuasive business writing.
•    Business acumen in manufacturing, distribution and/or construction operations including experiences in sales, marketing, engineering, multi-unit operations, finance, purchasing, information technology, legal and regulatory compliance.
•    Exceptional program and project management skills and ability to lead simultaneous multiple projects.
•    Comfort operating in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting/Finance or related field
