Job Purpose

Capable of Design and support of Transmission systems and components for Agricultural. Design and support of Transmission hydraulics for Continuous Variable & Full Power shift Drivelines for Agricultural.

 This role involves system modeling, design and manufacturing support, working closely with other disciplines mechanical design, test, manufacturing, supply chain management. Design engineer will be responsible for Design and analysis of Driveline line component from manufacturing, assembly and function prospective. His job profile will include benchmarking of various making layout, design calculation, detail drawing and release.

Key Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge of the product/Aggregate in details.
• Make concept layout of Driveline assembly and Sub assembly
  • • 3D modelling of parts (like Gear/Shaft for Driveline)
    • 2D drafting of parts without error as per CNHi Guidelines
• DWG Review considering manufacturing, assembly & functions prospective
• Good Communication Skills (good English language) to communicate from Global team
• Make test plan for physical validation of complete transmission aggregate and component level like brakes; synchro etc.
• Expert in using design tool like DFMEA, DMU, ECO creation and design calculation
• FEA & DAS Knowledge to analysis the report and give conclusion
• Good understanding of Gear Design & Calculation, Stack-Up Analysis and General Dimensioning & Tolerances
• Analysis the issue/Problem and find out the solution by using the best design practice like stackup etc
• Use of design software like Teamcenter, Visual mockup etc

Experience Required

• At least 5-10 years of experience in product design or mechanical design engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
