Job Purpose

Field Service Technician, Nordics & Baltics

Do you thrive in providing technical support on Construction and agriculture equipment to the Nordic and Baltic dealers and importers, then you may be our new colleague!

Key Responsibilities

You’ll Make an Impact When You:

• Provide on-site technical support to importers on Agricultural equipment.
• Coach dealers and importers with diagnostic & repair techniques and technical knowledge.
• Perform in-depth investigation into technical issues in the field and document symptoms / actions / findings for escalation to Product Technical Specialists.
• Provide technical support through ASiST by answering requests from the Network.
• Support dealers and importers in specific PDI and Customer training activities.

Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in the following, but we do not expect you to be an expert in everything.

• Practical and operational knowledge of agricultural machine with a strong focus on IT/Electronics.
• Experience in diagnosing of advanced systems (combined electronics, electrics, hydraulics and mechanics).
• Strong and consistent problem-solving approach.
• Proven hands-on practical skills with ability to work confidently in field environment.
• Skills and knowledge in electronics, software and programming applications.
• Demonstrate the ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in a structured and efficient manner.
• School qualification in mechanical or automotive engineering or related discipline is highly desirable.

• Good general technical attitude with willingness to take hands on practical approach.
• Good interpersonal skills, and capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written & verbal skills.
• Very high level of working flexibility required.
• Willingness to travel extensively also abroad and for extended periods, at short notice and to work unsociable hours as required (weekend and evening standby).

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is DKK kr488,000.00 – plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
