Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in for Export documentation to manage and streamline our international logistics operations. The ideal candidate will oversee customs compliance, coordinate transportation and ensure accurate and timely documentation for all import and export activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customs Liaising:

· Coordinate with customs brokers and government authorities to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

· Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation and declarations.

· Resolve customs-related issues efficiently to avoid delays.

2. Transportation Management:

· Plan and arrange domestic and international shipments.

· Select and manage relationships with carriers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

· Track and monitor shipments, providing status updates to relevant teams.

3. Export CBU-Import Documentation:

· Prepare accurate shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

· Maintain comprehensive records of all import and export transactions.

· Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

· Price approval from Finance for Market wise and parts wise.

· Shipping Instruction for all the Market before invoicing

· Follow-up for QC clear

· Follow-up for MIGO

· Follow-up for Machine Booking

· SAP order creation for Tax Invoice

· Preparation of Tax Invoice in SAP

· Preparation of Commercial Invoice.

· Preparation of Packing list

· Preparation of Export Value Declaration

· Preparation of VGM (Verified Gross Mass)

· Preparation of Invoice to Annexure A

· Preparation of Duty Draw Back Letter. (DBK)

· Creation of PDF File for above documents and Digital Signature.

· Above Documents are share to TL team as well as Market.

· Preparation of Performa Invoice for Embargo Countries

· Preparation of Sanction Country for Embargo Countries

· Approval from Compliance and finance approval for Sanction countries.

· Sharing documents for Internal/External Audit purpose.

· Downloading Machine, no and FG details.

· Updation of detailed Export tracker on daily basis and share to team.

· DC preparation as and when required.

4. Export Component-Import Documentation LECCE:

· SAP order creation for Tax Invoice

· Preparation of Tax Invoice in SAP

· Preparation of Commercial Invoice.

· Preparation of Packing list

· Preparation of Export Value Declaration

· Preparation of VGM (Verified Gross Mass)

· Preparation of Invoice to Annexure A

· Preparation of Duty Draw Back Letter. (DBK)

· Creation of PDF File for above documents and Digital Signature.

· Above Documents are share to TL team as well as Market.

5. Export Component-Import Documentation BELO:

· SAP order creation for Tax Invoice

· Preparation of Tax Invoice in SAP

· Preparation of Commercial Invoice.

· Preparation of Packing list

· Preparation of Export Value Declaration

· Preparation of Duty Draw Back Letter. (DBK)

· Creation of PDF File for above documents and Digital Signature.

· Above Documents are share to TL team as well as Market.

6. FOC Shipments Documentation:

· Preparation of Commercial Invoice.

· Preparation of Packing list

· Preparation of Export Value Declaration

· Preparation of Duty Draw Back Letter. (DBK)

· Creation PDF File for above documents and digital signature

· Above Documents are share to TL team as well Initiator.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of [X] years in export-import operations or logistics management.

· Skills:

· Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance.

· Proficiency in documentation software and ERP systems.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

· Certifications: [Optional, e.g., Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or related certifications]
