The Environmental Health and Safety Manager position coordinates all aspects of the organizational programs: ISO14001, ISO48001, and ISO5001. Further this position is responsible to coordinate all EHSE Continuous Improvement principles in relation to each of the functional areas and manage a team to implement programs, policy and practices across the manufacturing facility.
- Designs, develops, implements and coordinates the organization’s environmental, health and safety programs and procedures safeguard employees and surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations.
- Investigates accidents, develops recommendations and follow-up to prevent accident recurrence, and promotes safety conscious work performance and training programs applicable to the plant’s policies and processes.
- Assists plants in pollution prevention and waste minimization programs through periodic monitoring and technical mentorship.
- Maintains detailed records and prepares related reports and studies for submission to regulatory agencies.
- Conducts safety audits, studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards and regulations, and industrial hygiene.
- Responsibilities are within the Environmental, Health and Safety job family as a generalist or in a combination of functions.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. OR
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and six years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory role.

The annual salary for this role is $105,000 – $120,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
