   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: –

·      Good understanding of engineering Drawings & Planning of Projects.

·      Responsible for EC & ECO system planning & implementation at shop.

• Responsible for design reviews to confirm the assembly feasibility and resolve feasibility issue (if any).

·      Responsible for in the development of Vehicle process assembly, Validation and Start of Production (SOP).

• Responsible for Standard tool planning & implementation on assembly line to match the STD process as per Design for New & current Product.

·      Responsible for line issue troubleshooting. Involvement in failure analysis for assembly process for method.

·      Must Knowledge of problem solving tools 8D, 7 Steps approach etc.

• Responsible for preparation & release the SOP/OPL for Assembly, Fabrication & Paint Shop for current & new products.
• Developing and executing the best practices and standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence.
• Implement the New Assembly technique to improve the process as per STD.
• Must knowledge of hydraulic system to understand the vehicle system
• Design assembly flow line (layouts), providing Facilities-Trollies, conveyors, pallets, racks, tools, tackles, material handling devices – for the assembly line
• Lean manufacturing activities like Assembly line continuous improvement projects, Process stability projects, Material Supply projects, Poka-yoke. Conducting and Maintenance of PFMEA, DFMEA activities

·      Knowledge World Class manufacturing (WCM), Product Development (GPD), PFMFA, CP, PFD, SOP, KAIZEN, MURI, MURA, etc.
