The Supplier Warranty Manager operates within the ‘Digital and Customer Service’ division of the Construction Segment. The primary objective of this position is to manage supplier warranty terms and conditions in the Supplier Portal System and databases, as well as to interact with suppliers regarding warranty contracts, claim submission, and related recoveries. This is accomplished by engaging with a team of onshore and offshore team members and the agriculture segment counter parts.
This is a highly engaging position with onshore/offshore SWR/PRC (Part Recall Center) teams at New Holland, Pennsylvania, traveling to supplier locations, and interacting with the supply chain organization and agriculture segment.
- Provide oversight & mentorship to the regional & global Supplier Warranty Recovery team, supervise activities, manage & negotiate supplier warranty contracts, epidemics/opportunities and daily operations
- Coordinate the adjudication process for Supplier Warranty (acceptance and rejection ratios) and concentrate on achieving warranty recovery KPIs
- Develop SWR processes and procedures, and support areas of process improvement, provide timely financial & operational recovery reporting
- Engage with Supply Chain organization, WTOs (Warranty Technical Oversights), Customer & Supplier Quality Teams to influence optimization of financial recoveries
- Examine warranty data to resolve amount that can be addressed, any gaps or opportunities, negotiate, and lower warranty costs. Keep up a regular schedule of meetings with important suppliers
- Brainstorm ideas, benchmark practices & opportunities and implement solutions to improve global and regional processes
- Coordinate regional and global supplier warranty initiatives with AG segments and all parties involved
- Report and address SWR activities (achievements and roadblocks), including progress towards targets, to all levels of CNHI management (regional and global)
- Maintains efficiency in changing environments and global regions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical field, business or related field with any of the following 3 years of experience in warranty, supplier quality, supply chain or manufacturing
- Technical undergraduate 2 year(s) Associate degree plus 6 year(s) related experience in any of the functions outlined above
- Three plus years of experience working with suppliers, supply chain management, or quality
- Two plus years of data analysis experience (MS Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SAP)

The salary range for this position is $102,000-$150,000 annually (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
