Sales and Marketing
Major Accountabilities:
- Proactively manage – Genuine, FLEETPRO, Attachments, Undercarriage and Reman Parts Portfolios in terms of Sales Revenue, Marginality and Market Share increase as per allocated budgets for all commodities:
- Maintaining MAPP Data – PARC and Potential for all sub-regions
- Create roadmap and action list to be able to grow in Parts Business based on Running Parc.
- Leading the new products development until their launch and tracking Sales performances on regular basis.
- Driving and working together with all relevant sub-regions internal stakeholders (Sales, Purchasing, Communication, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Network, DPS etc.) and external suppliers in order to define and execute product strategy for assigned product commodities business growth.
- Leading Strategic Product initiative developments within APAC Region, create projects to be able to increase Parts penetration, Revenue, Marginality and Fill Rate (availability)
- Creating Yearly Marketing Plans and Dealers Sales Bonus Incentive programs.
- Campaign Management – Launching Monthly Marketing Campaigns for Genuine Parts, Attachments Business and FLEETPRO parts.
- Digital Parts Marketing – Launching of social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook in coordination with Sub-Regions.
- Making regular benchmark in terms of product and price positioning according to the Market competition with Sales Team input.
- Defining and deploying main commercial activities to the Markets for assigned product commodities,
- Monitoring and tracking Parts Order Intake and Sales MTD & YTD & FY results to put recovery actions in place on the right time.
- Feeding both Regional and Sub-Regional Teams with product information (e.g. commercial, customer benefits, competition benchmark) to support sales supporting tools’ development (e.g. catalogues, app, salesmen guides.).
- Supporting new machine launches, by being part of OKTS, with dedicated focus on parts commercial proposal and price positioning.
- Managing AME & APAC Region and Sub-Regions’ Yearly Marketing Budget.
- Setting KPIs and Targets for Commercial Teams PMP with AME & APAC Region Head of Customer Service – As being Co-Assessor,
- Working closely with Network Department during the commissioning of new Dealers and/or extension of existing Dealers,
- Collaborating and communicating with both CNH CE Global and other Regional teams, and AG segment as needed.
- Reporting Structure: Direct-3 Nos and Indirect-7 Nos (Regional Marketing managers)
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):
Education/Qualifications:
- Economics or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Machinery or Business Development
- Senior 10-15 years’ experience in the field of Product Portfolio, Commodities Development/Management, and procurement
Essential experience and skills:
- Experience in the Construction and Industrial equipment industry (OEM, OES, IAM)
- Field and application knowledge experience
- Fluent in English, written and oral; additional languages of APAC & AME are desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multitasking
- Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Business Aptitude and result oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and by objectives, as well as with a team
- Being proactive, Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
- Taking ownership and initiative
- Availability for short / long international travels up to 50%
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with good communication skills (clear and effective)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point)
