Job Purpose
A área de Treinamentos da CNH tem como missão capacitar os profissionais das áreas de serviços, peças, pós-vendas e comercial da rede de concessionárias das marcas Case IH e New Holland. Nosso objetivo é compartilhar conhecimento técnico e operacional, promovendo a excelência no atendimento e na experiência do cliente. Também atuamos diretamente com clientes e operadores, auxiliando na maximização do desempenho dos equipamentos por meio de configurações, otimizações e boas práticas de operação.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Required
• Desejável experiência prévia como instrutor de treinamento, e/ou condução de grupos de pessoas durante atividades de treinamentos.
Preferred Qualifications
• Conhecimento em agricultura de precisão ou agricultura digital;
• Conhecimento técnico aplicado em mecânica, hidráulica e elétrica de equipamentos agrícolas (principalmente em colhedoras de cana).
• Informática: Pacote office avançado (principalmente Powerpoint, Word, Excel e Microsoft Teams);
• Conhecimento na parte de componentes e peças de reposição de máquinas agrícolas ou do ramo automobilístico;
• Conhecer o mercado agrícola e concorrentes diretos com relação à portfólio de produtos.
• Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
