Job Purpose
Stiamo cercando una/un tirocinante motivata/o, con un forte interesse per l’analisi dei dati e il business analysis, che collabori con il team Retail e KA nella gestione e nello sviluppo di reportistica strategica a supporto del canale Retail e KA e la rete Dealer.
La risorsa collaborerà a stretto contatto con il CRM & BI Specialist e con il Sales Support, contribuendo attivamente alla digitalizzazione e automazione della reportistica esistente, nonché alla realizzazione di nuove dashboard a supporto delle analisi delle performance di vendita, della gestione delle opportunità commerciali e dei programmi incentivanti.
Avrà inoltre, l’opportunità di operare in un contesto multinazionale e dinamico acquisendo competenze pratiche e best practice in ambito CRM, Business Intelligence e Sales Support all’interno di un’organizzazione strutturata;
È previsto un compenso mensile, oltre all’accesso alla mensa aziendale.
Key Responsibilities
- Supportare lo sviluppo e l’aggiornamento di dashboard in Power BI su progetti strategici (es. Performance Bonus Trattori, Registrazioni Telai, Challenge vendite);
- Trasformazione di file Excel esistenti in strumenti interattivi automatizzati, con integrazione di data source da CRM, SAP e fonti interne;
- Collaborazione con i colleghi di ICT e BI per l’integrazione dei dati CRM (MS Dynamics 365) nei report PBI;
- Contribuito al miglioramento continuo della qualità e fruibilità dei dati, anche attraverso attività di pulizia e verifica;
- Supporto nella redazione di manuali operativi e guide all’uso delle dashboard per i team interni e la rete dealer;
- Partecipazione ad attività di test e rilascio graduale dei report, inclusa l’organizzazione di sessioni di training online per gli utenti finali;
- Controllo settimanale delle dashboard pubblicate, con eventuale aggiornamento manuale di dataset tracciati dal team sul territorio (es. ASM).
Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications
- Laurea triennale o magistrale (conseguita o in corso) in Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Statistica, Economia o affini;
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Power BI (modellazione, DAX, visualizzazione);
- Familiarità con strumenti di CRM (preferibile conoscenza di Microsoft Dynamics 365);
- Buona padronanza di Excel avanzato;
- Capacità analitiche, precisione, curiosità e orientamento al problem solving;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e gestione del tempo su più task;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (orale e scritta).
