Job Purpose

The Maintenance / Facilities Manager  is responsible for the overall maintenance for Production Equipment and Facilities. This position will have a maintenance supervisor and technicians to support the plant production equipment. The facilities management requires the person to be able to coordinate and project manage, with minimal supervision, such activities as landscaping, pest control, janitorial, maintenance and equipment repair of, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and HVAC systems etc.), space planning & utilization, site drawings and working on CAPEX projects. You will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all utilities at the site including the building management system (BMS) and 5 year capex planning for the facility to maintain and improve the site.  This position is 100% on site at our New Holland, PA manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to act as the first line of defense to any issues
• Maintains condition of equipment, buildings and structures by performing a variety of skilled repair tasks in the areas of carpentry, painting, dry wall, floor coverings, ceilings, doors, fitting locks and handles, elevators, etc.
• Performs a variety of skilled tasks maintaining critical infrastructure to include building safety and regulatory requirements
• Monitors operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems including chilled water pumps, valves, piping, water chemistry, RTU, split and packaged heating and ventilation equipment, bipolar ionization, etc.
• Utilizing the Building Automation System/Building Management System (BAS/BMS)
• Creates work orders and performs preventative maintenance work orders as scheduled.
• Supports and directs, contractors and vendors involved in general building and equipment maintenance activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of building structures and equipment.
• Reviews and approves completed work orders for labor hours, appropriate turn-around time, and review invoices to assure accurate and appropriate charges.
• Provides support and assist with General Services operations as requested.
• Maintain the NHP Energy Review – to drive action to reduce energy / gas emissions to achieve corporate KPI’s
• Perform Internal Audits of the EHS system
• Maintain the Contractor Management Program to ensure we comply with all corporate requirements
• Maintain the Maintenance CMMS system for facilities and Production Maintenance  – Including Assets, PM Tasks, WO management, Spare Part , Downtime tracking
• New Holland Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Team will report to this position

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of five years experience in facilities, building operations and/or property management experience.
• Flexibility to be available 24/7 in event of emergencies
• 3 years working experience with Building automation systems
• 3 – 5 years experience of CMMS maintenance systems
• 5 year of working experience in Autocad
• 5 years of creating capital requests and prioritization of capital needed for 5 year plan
• Ability to travel 10%, the majority being domestic.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $84,375.00 – $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
