Job Purpose
The Assistant provides administrative support to managers or teams by handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting or responding as appropriate.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed, including filing, data entry, and preparing materials for meetings or events.
Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $45,375.00 – $60,500.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
