Are you looking for an opportunity to work at the intersection of ag innovation, technology and strategy? We are seeking a Solutions Owner – Precision Technology to lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth across our agricultural equipment portfolio. In this role you can expect a collaborative environment focused on growth, impact and integrating precision technologies – like GPS guidance, IoT, and data analytics—into core product lines to improve platform margin and grow market share. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule with three (3) days on-site and two (2) days home office. Position can be located in Oak Brook, IL or Sioux Falls, SD.

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple product lines

Oversee end-to-end business processes for precision technology releases

Align R&D, product development, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions

Manage portfolio planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

Deliver clear technology roadmaps and portfolio insights to executive leadership

Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to maintain product leadership
The annual salary for this role is $133,875 -196,350 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy/Crop Science (with a strong technology focus), Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in agricultural equipment or precision ag technology, including roles in product development, R&D, or systems integration

5+ years in product management, innovation, technology strategy, or portfolio management

Direct experience with precision systems such as guidance, connectivity, remote sensing, or auto-guidance
The idea candidate will have:

Master’s degree in a technology-focused field or an MBA is preferred

Deep knowledge of how to integrate precision technologies into full-line ag machinery, focusing on reliability, scalability, and customer value

Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting insights and business cases to executive leadership
