The Technical Support Specialist – Precision Technology provides technical support to CNH Employees, Dealers, and Customers. You will be a team member within the North American Product Support organization. These Teams have three primary roles within the North American CNH Industrial commercial operations: Provide expert technical advice to dealership service department technicians and CNH Industrial Field Service people; help improve reliability and serviceability of CNH Industrial products; author and maintain service information and solutions into the ASiST Knowledge database for Dealers to reference.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and can be located in Sioux Falls, SD or Scottsdale, AZ.
- Answer general inquires related to setup and operation of Precision Aftermarket Solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical concerns on products and systems using electronic test equipment and the interpretation of fault codes
- Apply procedures and settings related to equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, as well as hydraulic, electrical and application performance
- Take ownership of delivering a positive customer / dealer experience by closely working with technical support teams, field sales managers and regional service managers on urgent issue.
- Engage with the right people to troubleshoot the problems to quickly answer technical questions from CNHI dealers, customers, or from CNHI Field Service people using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources
- Build and maintain Technical Documents and Knowledge Articles for the use of both our customer/technicians in the field and Internal Personnel
- Improve reliability and serviceability of CNH products
- Remain current on agricultural operational developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and working with dealership technicians.

Associates Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of precision farming or technical experience with mobile equipment;
In lieu of a High school diploma or equivalent experience and 5+ years of precision technical experience with mobile equipment experience.

Prior experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel as part of your daily business activities.

The annual salary for this role is $63,000 – $84,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
