Role Purpose:

Primarily accountable for Application Support, Process Management, Process Improvement, ITIL Incident/Change Management and Technical Functional support to CNH Financial Services Business in India.

Manage the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) relationship with the business leads, provide business process expertise and guidance, and be a critical guide to the business in defining requirements, design solutions, and document technical requirements.

Responsible for the delivery of Software solutions and provide ICT support within the India Financial Services aligning with Local Business, Regional and Global ICT teams policies, processes and governance.

Major Accountabilities:

Primary and Secondary duties:

·      ICT operations management (Incident and change) within agreed SLAs and minimize business disruptions.

·      Analyze business requirements, break them down into detailed technical specifications, and develop and deliver tailored solutions to business

·      Analyze operational issues, debug, identify the root cause and provide permanent fix to the issues.

·      Facilitate technical upgrades, patch management or major updates to the application to ensure smooth completion of activities without any business impact

·      Business management / stakeholder management – Clearly articulate deliverables and set mutually agreed expectations

·      Understand business priorities, strategies – implications and opportunities of improvement for ICT

·      Investigate and recommend improvements to existing systems and operation methods to provide integration, standardization, and conversion of new systems in line with company and group strategy

·      Deliver ICT Financial Services projects according to agreed ICT Roadmap and within timelines and scope agreed, managing the projects portfolio

·      Assure ICT compliance with organization policies and standards, understanding of SOX and similar audit and audit processes is a plus

·      Vendor Management and Engagement for quality and timely deliverables.

·      Provide support for financial services ICT applications mainly wholesale and retail finance system (FIS AAF) that includes user administration, application configurations, enhancements and day to day application processes

·      Providing functional “how to” and first level support to internal users and dealers related to various systems and applications.

·      Serves as subject matter expert for financial services business on ICT Application issues and enhancements.

·      Support and Assist for Application’s Server environment, keep all relevant external and internal interfaces and workflow servers running.

·      Write SQL Scripts for analysis of issues and to extract data on request.

·      Taking ICT ownership of various existing software applications. Analyze applications, systems, procedures and practices with emphasis on continual improvements.

·      Contribute to the awareness, development and refinement of applications and business processes in working closely with the business users.

Additional Responsibility:

·      Acting as technical POC for Business teams in event of issues/enhancements or bug fixes deliver quality systems

·      Leading change for Continuous improvement of support processes and systems

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):

Education/Qualifications:

Minimum qualification/education level: Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or science.

Essential experience:

·      Demonstrated experience as Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst with hands on experience in Application Development (SQL, asp.net, Web APIs and infrastructure applications).

·      Experience in UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, Angular 10+.

·      Working Knowledge of Azure Development/deployment environment e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, Queues, Event hubs

·      Proficient understanding of code versioning tools -TFS / GIT / Azure DevOps

·      Must have knowledge in financial services processes and systems for retail finance (required) and commercial lending.

·      Strong problem solving & analytical skills and with an eye for attention to detail.

·      Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams of internal and external staff and the vendors.

·      Ownership of work and working independently.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with hands on experience of writing SQL scripts

·      Experience in another captive finance company and in FIS AAF application is a plus.

Key Internal and External Relationships

Internal: Financial Services India. Internal audit teams, Business partners, key users, and Local and Regional IT Teams.

External: ICT suppliers (Application Vendors, data centers, hardware, software, consulting). External auditors for SOX, Dealers, End users.
