The Documentation and Training Coordinator here at CNH will work closely with our network of part inventory warehouses to ensure and report on the quality of processes related to depot procedure, systems and training.
We are looking for an organized and accountable individual to make a positive impact within our team and our broad network!
This role will be onsite, Monday-Friday, at our facility in Lebanon, IN.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to establish and maintain procedures (SOP’s & OPL’s) for the NA Depot Network Operation including but not limited to all operational processes, inventory, and quality.
- Evaluate and develop training processes to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Determines how new information technologies can support business processes.
- Apply project management techniques including: scope definition, creating project and execution of schedule, and facilitate operational handoff upon project completion.
- Travel and Train Depot Training Resources as needed
- Continuous development and maintaining of training app to ensure consistent use and application across all NA depots.
- Facilitate meetings with NA depots on documentation and training related issues.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelors‘ Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution or Quality related positions,
- HS Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution or Quality related positions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working with Power Platform (power BI and power automate)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office
