Job Purpose
EA to MD
Key Responsibilities
Travel Management
o Organize and manage complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation and transportation.
o Ensure all travel arrangements are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
o Handle any changes or issues that arise during travel.
· Confidential and Sensitive Matters
o Manage and safeguard confidential information with discretion and integrity.
o Prepare and handle sensitive document and communications.
· Visa and logistics
o Assist with visa applications and other travel related documentation for international travel.
o Coordinate logistics related to business trips, including travel insurance and itineraries.
· Day to Day Affairs
o Manage the Managing Directors calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments.
o Prioritize and handle incoming communication, including emails and mails, phone calls.
o Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and report.
o Meeting Coordination
o Schedule and coordination meetings conferences, virtual meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
o Liaise with other executives, clients, and stakeholders to arrange meetings with follow-ups.
o Take minutes during meetings and prepare action items for follow-up.
o Managing expenses with respect to MD’s corporate expenditure and payroll.
Experience Required
3-5 yrs relevant experience
