The Sr. Pricing and Programming Analyst develops, maintains and implements prices, wholesale discount structure, price comparisons, pricing strategies and ordering information to meet customers‘ needs while providing a profit for the organization.
Position is located in Racine, WI.
- Develops and implements plans to define product position, price, and growth approaches for existing and new products and services.
- Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures.
- Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales department, but not customers.
- Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed.
- Works with vendors and analyzes vendor’s operations to determine factors that affect prices.
- Monitor the status of sales administration activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

The annual salary for this role is $84,375 – $123,750 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
