Job Purpose
This role is responsible for the allocation of retail payments and ensuring PPSR is registered and
deregistered in accordance with local policy and procedure in Australia and New Zealand
Key Responsibilities
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY DUTIES:
· Allocate manual payments received through the receivable system
· Manage exceptions of PPSR registration and deregistration for Australia and New Zealand
· Reconcile the cash book daily and coordinate activities with the ANZ Finance team
· Complete monthly control testing and align with compliance manager on the result / action plan
· Coordinate with ANZ retail operations team for PPSR enquires and registrations
· Coordinate with ANZ retail operations team on any refunds required to end customers
· Manage dishonor fees in accordance with local policy and procedure
Experience Required
- Strong Expertise on account receivable, cash allocation.
- Experience of working on FIS ambit system or SAP system is desirable.
- Good skills on MS office (Excel , Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 Years experience of working banking, FS service.
