The Customer Care Call Center Agent with CNH Industrial will give you the opportunity to put our customers first and provide support in finding them solutions they are looking for. We are looking for an adaptable and professional team member to join us!
This position can be performed 100% remote and located anywhere in the continental United States.
• Conversing with customers and dealers daily, using written and verbal methods to address and resolve inquiries regarding CNH and it’s products,
• Problem solving in an efficient manner, working with internal personnel to come to resolutions while maintaining an empathetic perspective when speaking to our customers.
• Suggest additional and/or alternate products or services; along with pricing, availability, etc.
• Interaction with not only customers, but dealers, our field representatives, and internal personnel to convey pertinent status updates and any other vital information.
• Engage intercompany contacts to assist with complex issues and customer complaints.
• Ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively through accurate conflict resolution.
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience and at least two (2) years‘ of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role. Experience should include daily work within a Windows base operating system using Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to type at least 45 WPM
- Must supply own Internet connectivity with a minimum of 10Mpbs unless able to work from a CNH established facility
- Ability to work between the hours of 9:30AM and 6:00PM CSTMonday through Friday with schedule flexibility

The annual salary for this role is $45,000 – $66,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
