As a Data Analyst – Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting the CNH customer database. This position will consult with the North American CNH Industrial brand organizations (Case IH, New Holland, Case Construction Equipment) to identify data integration needs along with finding opportunities to better connect with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting change agent with an eye for detail, and the ability to solve problems. You will be a key point of contact for customer data integrations and managing the customer data.
This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows that feed the CDP from various sources.
- Research and evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies to improve the CDP’s capabilities and value.
- Participate in blueprinting, scoping, prioritizing technical requirements and assisting customers in their digital transformation journey.
- Manage bulk imports of data, list databases and tables, schedule jobs, manage connectors, manage users, and access control policies.
- Build on-demand reports based on business needs.
- Analysis customer data to identify areas where we can connect with customer better.
- Apply analytical and visualization tools, such as Power BI, to extract insight beyond the numbers.
- Support business users training and solution access.
- Support the management of the CNH Customer Database and be subject matter expert on customer data.
- Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and reports to guide impactful decisions to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to end users.
- Working collaboratively with Information Technology team and the Commercial team to capture requirements for system / dashboard improvements and work through bugs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other closely related field with 2+ years in a business intelligence/data analysis role, market research
- OR Associates or equivalent experience with 4+ years in a business intelligence/data analysis role
- At least one year of experience working with SQL,
- Experience with Python, R, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

The annual salary for this role is $62,000 – $83,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
