This position will support operations through performing regular facility and equipment maintenance tasks necessary to support operations achievement of all focus five metrics and key results: Quality, Safety, Delivery, Profit and Customer.
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:30am
The functions and performance requirements vary depending on the area of the work, but generally the job responsibilities unique to this position could include all or a portion of the following:
- Performing general and preventive maintenance repair on various equipment required for day-to-day operations
- Painting, green frame construction, general appearance of facility, and replacement of lights/ballasts.
- At times position also includes set up and installation of equipment needed for day-to-day operations.
- Must be capable of working with outside service providers to schedule appointments for repair/maintenance when applicable.
Requirements:
- Prefer 1+ years of previous maintenance experience
- General Maintenance Experience: Painting, bulb replacement, and minor repairs, various other mechanical and building infrastructure repair or maintenance
- Must have desire to complete technical training in related job functions
- Must be flexible to work extended hours when needed
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent work ethic, attendance, and safety record
- Must be able to safely operate mobile equipment.
- Requires self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision, a strong work ethic and initiative
